Theme:
Cast Iron Christianity
This retreat centers on forming a Cast Iron Christianity—a faith that is steady, seasoned, and able to withstand intense heat without breaking, even in the realm of mental and emotional health. Just as cast iron becomes stronger and more reliable through repeated use and proper care, peace is cultivated through healthy spiritual rhythms that acknowledge anxiety rather than deny it. Faith does not eliminate anxious thoughts or emotional struggle, but it provides a grounding surface that keeps them from defining us. As worries are consistently released through prayer, gratitude, and trust in God’s presence, the mind is reshaped, resilience grows, and peace can coexist with life’s pressures—producing a faith that is strong, compassionate, and sustainable.

Is your congregation attending the Orlando Lads 2 Leaders convention?
Many congregations utilize a church bus or carpooling to attend L2L. If you are a college student or young adult from a congregation attending L2L, we want to make it easy for you to join us at Radiate Retreat. We will be providing round trip transportation from the Rosen Centre for those who are traveling to Orlando with their congregation. The bus will leave the Rosen Centre at 6:30pm on Friday and will return to the Rosen Centre on Sunday morning by 8am for their worship service.
